With simple, delicious recipes perfected for the home, enticing photography, artwork created by local Philly artists and fans, and a rigorous donut-burning workout, Federal Donuts happily provides the secrets to its nationally-known cake donuts and twice-fried chicken made with exotic spices and rich flavors.
